HupSix is based on one 4 step pattern that everyone can follow. Our proprietary click method speeds up the process of learning. You simply step to the clicks.

We film the classes from behind making it easy-to-follow. In each round you learn the moves, practice with the clicks then do it full out to a song.

TAKE IT ANYWHERE

The HupSix bag stores the handles, the bungee, the non-slip mat and the Hup6 Sox so you can take it anywhere. It's only the size of a handbag!

APARTMENT FRIENDLY

The HupSix gear requires no dedicated space! It is quiet so you won't have complaints from neighbors. If you have room for a yoga mat, you have enough space for HupSix.

EXPERT TRAINING

All HupSix App videos are lead by creator and elite trainer Stephanie Harris.

About: At the age of 16 she was accepted into the dance program at the University of Minnesota on a full scholarship where she graduated with BFA in Dance. She trained at Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Jacobs Pillow, Zenon Dance Company, Ballet Arts Minnesota among many others.

In 2001, she moved to NYC and became a certified Personal Trainer with the National Council of Strength and Fitness and worked at Equinox Fitness Clubs. She then transitioned into private at-home training. Her clients included long-term Fortune 100 Executives.

In NYC, HupSix Classes were available at private corporations; Goldman Sachs, NY Presbyterian Hospital, Hearst, and the Associated Press. It was the most successful class they offered and now it's available to everyone!

The HupSix Bag is filled with 20 pounds of steel shot making it 3x smaller than a sandbag and supple if stepped on. It sits on a non-slip mat and includes a Rock Exotica Ball Bearing Swivel for tangle-free turns.

The Hup6 Sox go over sneakers so you can twist and turn protecting knees and ankles from injuries on smooth or carpeted floors. One size fits all for men and women. They are required for all Hup6 classes.
