Refund policy

The DanceSocks have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns/refunds will be made to the original purchaser. 

The DanceSwing Membership is a 12-month subscription.  To cancel, simply contact us for a return label.  As soon as we receive the gear back the recurring monthly charges will be canceled.  Please note, there is a $30 processing fee. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@thehappydancingcompany.com or call 212-396-2489.  We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  We recommend keeping the shipping and packaging box to help expedite the return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.
